Onsite Customer Service Training

Onsite Trainer Fees: The investment starts at $5,000/day (plus travel expenses) for the onsite trainer.  This fee also includes all workshop design and preparation, as well as follow-up consultation calls.  We learn about your objectives.  Our trainer interviews key executives and participants to understand your business and any concerns, issues and opportunities to be aware of.  We go over all of the material that will be used in your workshop in advance, ensuring we meet your goals for the training.  (Please contact us to confirm pricing and availability of trainers.  The trainer’s fee is based on choice of presenters and availability.)

Optional Participant Fees: A participant fee may be added to cover optional workshop materials. You will have the option to print the workbooks in-house (we will provide you with a PDF format), or if you prefer, we can print and deliver all training materials for an additional charge. Other options include Shep Hyken’s books and our Profile My Style workshop that teaches participants how to recognize their own behavioral style and how to best interact with other styles. Online Virtual Customer Service Training

Individual Participant: The Customer Focus™ virtual training program is ideal for the individual that wants to deliver an amazing customer experience to both internal and external customers.  Our standard license fee is just $199/person.

Corporate/Group License: In the past we could only offer online training as individual participant licenses, similar to the option listed above. Now we are pleased to offer a corporate license with substantial discounts. This option is an affordable way to bring customer service training to potentially everyone in your organization, thereby creating a stronger customer service culture that builds loyal relationships with customers and creates a better environment for employees. Please contact us for quote based on number of participants and locations.

Group Facilitation Option: At the end of each of the four courses that make up The Customer Focus program, one of our approved trainers will facilitate a one-hour group coaching call (up to 20 people on each call).
