Meet Shep Hyken

Shep Hyken, CSP, CPAE is the Chief Amazement Officer of Shepard Presentations. As a customer service speaker and author, Shep works with companies and organizations who want to build loyal relationships with their customers and employees. In 1983 he founded Shepard Presentations, and as a speaker and consultant has worked with all types of clients, ranging from the Fortune 100 to companies with less than 50 employees.

Shep is the author of Moments of Magic, The Loyal Customer and the Wall Street Journal best-selling book, The Cult of the Customer. In addition, he is the co-author of five other business books and has produced numerous audio and video training programs.

Shep is the author and creator of The Customer Focus™ program. His goal was to create a customer service training program that would help companies create a customer service culture and customer loyalty mindset.
